International Shipping Policy: Sophie Bags uses USPS for all of our international shipping. We ship to Canada, Japan, Australia and most of Europe.

For most International orders, we ship Global Airmail, unless it is unavailable. Typically, you will receive your International shipment within 2 weeks.
Please note: Once your package reaches the destination country, it is turned over to the local Postal Service and held until it clears customs. It may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sophie Bags does not take any responsibility for such duties and/or taxes.
While most international deliveries arrive within 2 weeks, please understand that once the package is handed over to the local country, it becomes subject to rules and delivery timeframes of the local postal service, including any holidays or weather delays, which can cause delays. Sophie Bags does not make any guarantees regarding shipping time for international shipments.

Because we are located in California, and the United States Congress has stopped any states from charging sales tax for Online purchases, your can purchase from Sophie Bags TAX FREE from anywhere except California. If we are shipping your purchase within the state of California, we must charge California State sales tax.
Replacement Policy: If you wish to replace an item purchased from Sophie Bags please
email us with your reason for the replacement and we will arrange for you to return the bag and receive a replacement. Free shipping offers do NOT apply to replacement bags unless the original bag is defective. All replacement requests must by made within
30 days of delivery, and can only be honored for bags returned in new condition.
Refund Policy: If you want to return an item purchased from Sophie Bags for a refund, please contact us explaining the reason for the refund. We will make arrangements for you to return your purchased bag and receive a refund for the full purchase price. Refunds may be issued by check or a credit to a credit card. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. If your bag(s) were shipped for free, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds. All refund requests must be made within
30 days of delivery, and can only be honored for bags returned in new condition.
